Mommy Birthday-Surprise Homecook Dinner

There are 4 family members of mine birthday in July. Well...it's quite tiring if we need to celebrate it separately, hehe...So we normally will focus on the most important person for celebration, of course, it will be my mom lo.

Sis suggested to prepare a surprise dinner for her. We were too busy to prepare the dinner on that day and we had no extra time to take the picture. When we thought of that, it's already too late. So you can only see what we cooked, not how we cooked.

Japanese seafood pancake, my sis recipe, her 1st time doing this. I have to say, this was nice.

Lim's Style Dry Longlife Noodles, my sis recipe also. Of course, this also nice.

Stuffed tofu mushroom with salted egg sauce and Char siu + roasted duck cabbage rolls. Woh, my sis recipe as well. Mushrooms one was a little be too plain, but the cabbage rolls was good.

What did I cooked? Hmm..my bro say my dish was too ugly, so no individual picture for it v_v ... Yes, Curry pai kut (pork) at the right corner of the above picture. Another one was at the top middle of the picture, Yam sutff with roasted duck skin. Eh..ugly to see, but nice to see le... :D
In fact, it was a dessert, chocolate moist cake. But it look ugly and did not taste so good, so no picture for it at all.

In brief, there was a happy gathering night, not only for my be loved mother, also for us.

Happy Birthday to my Mom, sis, younger and my husband!
